Senior Warehouse Operations

**Job Overview**
Provides analytic support on the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting.
**Job Requirements**
**Responsibilities:**
- Work with 3PL to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods and VAS.
- Experience in Warehouse functions, Import-Export.
- Manage and control 3PL workflows and its activities in the warehouse (Processes, warehouse tours & audit, 5S, KAIZEN etc.) as well as during 3PL operation improvement activities.
- Control 3PL inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconcile with SAP system to analyze inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and suggest actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop and improve processes, control quality, EHS, and find new ways to increase operation efficiency/quality control.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs.
- Good command in writing and speaking English / Computer literate.
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
**What your background should look like**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in warehouse & logistics.
- Detail oriented, willing to learn, self-driven, highly motivated individual with positive energy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and high pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors or third-party logistics providers is a plus.
- Computer literacy in MS office, Power BI, App sheet etc.
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Can be working in Samutprakarn Area (Bangna-Trad KM 22)
- Experience with SAP or related ERP systems will be an advantage.

Job Description
To supervise, monitor, control and ensure the correctness of all shipping and receiving activities of incoming and outgoing repaired parts within shipping and receiving team.
- Control and monitor shipping and receiving process operation. Ensure the correctness of quantity and part numbers against customer orders and report required information to associated departments.
- Ensure data processing into relevant information system of the incoming parts in the computer. - Control distribution of the incoming parts with all related documents to the Production and receive and check the repaired parts from Production, ensure the correctness regarding quantities, part number against Certificate of Conformance and the Invoice and Packing list.
- Maintain, control and issue pool part, scraps, and part on hold inventory.
- Maintain and control the record and documents of incoming and outgoing repaired parts, pool parts and scrap. - Monitor and control the maintenance of forklift.
- Verify the shipping document, i.e., Invoice, Certificate of Conformance and submit the documents to associated departments for further processes.
- Liaise and coordinate with Department concern and additional assigned.
- Prepare all required documents for replacement jobs.
- Participate in daily meeting with Unit Manager to follow up work progress and work-related issues and to ensure that works are performed according to plan and obtain direction for solving issues.
- Conduct work periodical meetings with related subordinates on ad hoc basis to follow up work progress and work related issues to ensure that works are performed according to short
- and long-term plans.
- Plan and implement selected shipping and receiving improvement programs to ensure that planned results are met and within defined timeframe.
- Coordinate, interchange and provide practical information in cooperation with other departments as necessary to develop new standard practice or resolve related operation issues.
- Be able to answer and provide related information or document of each individual work scope to all internal and external auditors.
- Make suggestions for improvement of working procedures or technical knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company working procedures.
- Supervise, monitor, and control all shipping and receiving management activities performed by subordinates including on the job training for new employees to ensure that such activities are performed in a timely manner and complied with company’s standard operation and Aviation Authority’s Regulation.
- Summarize functional operation data from individual and team on daily and monthly basis to Unit Manager.
