About the role
As a Warehouse Assistant at Pichainavee Corporation Co., Ltd. (PCC), you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre located in Songkhla. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our manufacturing and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
- Carry out all administrative works as required supporting the field and workshop operations
- Support team on document preparation, distribution, and storage
- Contact and coordinate with other functions to arrange meeting, training, seminar and business trips as requested
- Raise Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order / Service Order (PR/PO/SO), including reference price, to support field and workshop operations
- Perform administrative tasks regarding material preparation in order to deliver to rigs on scheduled
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining inventory records and reporting on stock levels
- Assisting with the organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts, safely and responsibly
- Supporting the wider logistics team as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage corresponded stock and non-stock inventory belong to completion and well service department. This also includes material write-off and scrap process.
- Create and provide accurate daily report on each activity
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- 5-year experience administrative in Oil and gas Industry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
- Proficient in using of MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and material handling equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
