As a Material Planner, you'll be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast month) and global forecasts.
  • Analyzing incoming demand, identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory
  • Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping cost.
  • Performing various material management analysis, forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc.
  • Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.
  • Working to ensure new assets, repaired assets and spares are captured with the Sales & Operations Planning process.
  • Ensuring use and seek opportunities to use excess inventory globally.

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field from an accredited university.
  • Have at least 3 years Supply Chain or related field or equivalent accredited experience.
  • Have good understanding of Drilling and Completion Fluids.
  • Have demonstrate basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality (mandatory).
  • Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
  • Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders and tactical execution with a sense of urgency.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible of manage and control R&Ps availability to support production plan and ensure zero impact to customer service level while managing inventory of R&Ps to meet target inventory level.

Collaborate and engage stakeholders.

  • Regional Supply Planner – alignment on short term and medium-term production plan.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor in Logistics management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing or related position.
  • Proven record/experience in MRP functionality in any ERP system.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in English

3.    Raw material consumption plan

  • Prepare 12-weeks raw material consumption planning for responsible product manufactured in Thailand
  • As requested, timely advise raw material consumption plan for key raw material items for purchasing team to prepare purchasing and negotiation strategy
  • Update master information of raw material consumption including packaging in production planning program
  • Coordinate with Plant Store for raw material stock replenishment

4.    Reporting

  • Provide 12-weeks production capacity planning of inhouse product to plant
  • Provide weekly or monthly supply planning of trading products to supplier/purchasing & plant warehouse for PR/PO creation
  • Provide 12-week raw material consumption planning
  • Assist problem solving in production planning issues
  • Coordinate consolidation of reports and prepare the monthly S&OP meeting
  • Prepare report from production planning, supply planning & inventory management i.e. production attainment report, sale forecast variance report and inventory report on monthly basis

Job Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

1. Forecast & Inventory Planning

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for Amazon FBA (USA, Canada, AU) and domestic B2B
  • Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and campaigns to project demand
  • Calculate safety stock and reorder points, considering production + shipping lead times

  • Update ERP/Inventory system (DEAR or equivalent) in real-time
  • Create weekly/monthly stock & sales reports for management
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with marketplaces (especially Amazon)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
    in supply chain / logistics / fulfillment (E-commerce experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of
    Amazon FBA replenishment, 3PL, and international freight forwarding
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
    ; ERP experience (DEAR, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong English communication (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
  • Highly organized, proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced SME environment

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & BOI Manager to oversee local supply chain operations and manage all matters related to Thailand's Board of Investment (BOI). This role is critical to ensuring smooth procurement, compliance with BOI regulations, and alignment between Thai operations and Chinese headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage local supplier relationships to support production and non-production procurement needs.
  • Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow.
  • Oversee BOI application, renewal, and compliance processes, including documentation, reporting, and communication with BOI officials.
  • Monitor and maintain BOI privileges such as tax incentives, foreign ownership rights, and work permit quotas.
  • Support visa and work permit applications for foreign employees under BOI schemes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, HR, legal) to ensure supply chain and BOI activities align with company goals.
  • Provide bilingual support and reporting in Chinese and English to facilitate cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or BOI management in Thailand.
  • Strong understanding of BOI regulations, investment privileges, and compliance procedures.
  • Familiarity with Thai supplier landscape and local sourcing practices.
  • Fluent in Chinese and Thai language (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a cross-cultural environment.
