Job Purpose

This role is responsible of manage and control R&Ps availability to support production plan and ensure zero impact to customer service level while managing inventory of R&Ps to meet target inventory level.

In addition, this role also provides feedback to upstream supply chain (suppliers) to improve their performance and supporting commercial team to build a collaboration relationship with suppliers.

What You'll Do

• Managing and controlling of material availability to support both PCH and CHB.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations team for material delivery plan and ensure sufficient warehouse space to support incoming materials.
• Maintain and update planning parameters in SAP.
• Managing and controlling non-quality inventory to minimize write off.
• Meet or overachieve inventory target and DRPO (capital), advance inventory analysis and collaborate cross function for implementation

• Knowledgeable in import and export process.
• Preventive for supply chain issues into production planning, customer distribution thereby communicating with mitigation plan.

In term of supplier management:

• Provide supplier's performance report on delivery and services to buyers.
• Be part of supplier improvement program.

To support QuEST and QES projects, this role is responsible to:

• Execute the transition plan of R&Ps in his/her portfolio.
• Minimizing write off from the transition SKUs.

Support and/or lead DiB activities within his/her portfolio to deliver site's DiB target.

Collaborate and engage stakeholders.

• Regional Supply Planner – alignment on short term and medium-term production plan.
• Shift manager and scheduler both sites on routine operations and availability of R&Ps.
• Suppliers – planning, delivery of materials, tracking supplier's performance (only delivery and services).
• Buyers on routine operations

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Understand the overall business landscape from suppliers, marketing, operation and supply chain

•Develop demand forecast both normal and promotional items based on historical data/performance and market information by working closely with marketing/operation

•Understand inventory position for each location and work closely with all related parties to optimize the inventory level. This includes the inventory analysis to suggest further actions to marketing/operation/supply chain.

•Understand different replenishment strategy for different product segments from stores to distribution centers or suppliers

•Develop, monitor and report cross supply chain key performance indicators (KPI's) of cost, service and productivity

•Develop "what-if" scenarios to model and analyze cost/service impacts across the Supply Chain

•Lead the sale and operation planning meeting to ensure the alignment across supply chain

•Lead the supply chain planning data management (lead time, order quantity, cost, store operation, storage space, etc.)

•Build planning system and analysis tools and processes to ensure the logic and process to sustain the business outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations or engineering is preferred

•3-5 years of inventory management or distribution management experience in high volume, fast paced seasonal or heavily promoted businesses (retail or consumer goods) is preferred

•Confident with managing and analyzing inventory and distribution data for the purpose of providing insights

Position Summary:

Supply Chain Planning officer will oversee the logistic, inventory and stock replenishment planning for warehouse and store levels. Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Communication:

• Act as the key point of contact between the supply chain team with related parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the operations team to monitor and manage store-level stock and inventory.
• Address and resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies or supply chain interruptions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.

Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and replenishment activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand and supply planning, or in the FMCG supply chain field.
• Has experience in the import and export field is preferable

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Production planning

• Prepare 12-weeks production capacity planning assessment by plant to capture all demand for responsible product
• Assist development of production capacity planning process for all ranges of products to escalate standard working procedure
• Assist maximizing the plant / production performance and minimize plant downtime
• Accept and feedback on supply plan of urgent order to the team
• Coordinate the weekly production schedule with the Plant Logistics team
• Measure production planning accuracy and analyze root cause to improve planning efficiency
• Update master information for production capacity planning in production planning program

2.    Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP)

• Regularly undertake activities regarding:

a.   Inventory management: handle inventory management activities for responsible product groups of company which are: stock type revision, min-max stock level revision, stock aging management and tailor-made stock monitoring.  This is to simultaneously optimize plant logistic operation (e.g. minimize stock transfer cost, maximize product turnover, optimize inventory level, control working capitals, warehouse space, etc.) and as well, ensure target OT & IF scores are being met

b.   Demand forecast: challenge demand forecast volume provided by commercial team from historical data/experience to minimize unplanned plant shutdown and maximize OT and IF scores

c.   New product to market: proactively involve in new product to market process regarding supply issues to ensure the success launching e.g. product rebrand, new product launching, packaging change, etc.

3.    Raw material consumption plan

• Prepare 12-weeks raw material consumption planning for responsible product manufactured in Thailand
• As requested, timely advise raw material consumption plan for key raw material items for purchasing team to prepare purchasing and negotiation strategy
• Update master information of raw material consumption including packaging in production planning program
• Coordinate with Plant Store for raw material stock replenishment

4.    Reporting

• Provide 12-weeks production capacity planning of inhouse product to plant
• Provide weekly or monthly supply planning of trading products to supplier/purchasing & plant warehouse for PR/PO creation
• Provide 12-week raw material consumption planning
• Assist problem solving in production planning issues
• Coordinate consolidation of reports and prepare the monthly S&OP meeting
• Prepare report from production planning, supply planning & inventory management i.e. production attainment report, sale forecast variance report and inventory report on monthly basis

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial/Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (advanced skills in Excel and/or SAP are an advantage).

Key Responsibilities

1. Forecast & Inventory Planning

• Develop and maintain sales forecasts for Amazon FBA (USA, Canada, AU) and domestic B2B
• Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and campaigns to project demand
• Calculate safety stock and reorder points, considering production + shipping lead times
• Optimize shipment size & frequency to balance
