- The first person your team members turn to when they have questions regarding design issues
- Enabling the team to do awesome work by providing guidance and experience
- Creating wireframes and designs in common design tools
- Ensuring the quality standard and a consistently good design
- Consulting and support of the entire project process, from brainstorming to production
