• Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, PHP, Python, , etc.).
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Practical understanding and management experience of the development lifecycle (requirements definition - design - development - testing - operation and maintenance)

• Experience in customer negotiations, proposals, and requirement adjustments

• Experience managing a development team of 10 or more people (including recruitment, training, and evaluation)

• Experience or understanding of business application development

• Experience in managing revenue and expenditures and budgets for business divisions

• Leadership with a management perspective that can drive the business

• Communication skills to lead a cross-cultural team (experience in a multinational environment

• Ability to promote organizational and system design

• Experience working with Japanese companies or in Japan (familiarity with Japanese corporate culture is highly valued) &

Your main role is to:

• Responsible for maintenance and coding programs of ERP and In-house application, and documentation.
