Role Description

As a full-time Web/Graphic Design Intern, you will play a key role in elevating our digital presence and creating engaging marketing assets for our Airbnb management and investment services. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, you'll contribute to projects from concept to completion, building a strong portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in a startup environment. This 3-month contract is perfect for a motivated UX/UI graduate eager to apply their skills and learn from real-world projects in hospitality and real estate.

Main Responsibilities

• Website UX & UI:
  Improve the company website (HTML/CSS basics + UX best practices) to boost clarity, navigation, and conversion.
• Brand & Marketing Design:
  Create on-brand assets (social posts, slide decks, email templates, posters).
• Airbnb Listing Support:
  Design image layouts and visual guides that enhance guest experiences.
• AI-Assisted Visuals:
  Experiment with AI tools to ideate or produce campaign visuals.
• Hosting/Domain Basics:
  Assist with routine updates and light site maintenance (training provided).
• Performance Tracking:
  Support measurement of key web metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce) to inform iterations.
• Consistency:
  Maintain a simple brand system (type, color, components) across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• HTML/CSS and UX/UI fundamentals
• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for marketing assets.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

Job Conditions

• Hybrid Work: Bi-weekly in-person office hours at our Bangkok office (specific days/times to be coordinated). Most work can be completed remotely.

Material Science Laboratory provides service support analytical technique and scientific analysis for material, process, products on cleanliness, contamination, and failure analysis under Operation Quality and Analytic (OQ&A)

• Design and develop a web-based dashboard/interface for lab operation control
