**4. Provide Insights on Sales Landscape and Forecast**
+ Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes
+ Analyse sales and industry trends and make appropriate recommendations to the KAM in an effort to ensure long-range planning needs pertaining to one's area of responsibility are met

**Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.**
**Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in MRI, X-ray, CT, Interventional Radiology & Cardiology, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine & PET-CT to drive funnel growth for the region.**
**Demonstrate expertise in customers' installed base and develop technology & capital plans that map with their annual budget process.**
**Collaborate with the account community team to drive closure with site visits and co-developed negotiation strategies.**
**Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.**
**Required Qualifications**
**Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience selling capital equipment to health systems.**

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will have a passion for delivering customer and patient focused commercial outcomes along with significant experience in the medical or pathology industry. You will be a part of the RAD Commercial team and report to the Commercial Leader .
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Sales related experience in Thailand healthcare industry for a minimum of 5 years.
+ Implements marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
+ Sets objectives, targets and measures to achieve the company's forecasted sales and production.
+ Develops and maintains standardized sales brochures, presentations, proposals and collateral and other materials related to sales and marketing.
+ Analyzes commercial market conditions for the determination of potential sales of a product or service. Interprets customer trends and market insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
+ May represent the company at trade shows, industry and marketing related conferences and corporate events.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experienced in dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the hospital and healthcare industry, from laboratory scientists to executive teams.
+ Knowledge and understanding of laboratory practices, with knowledge of Clinical chemistry preferred.
+ Demonstrated sales ability and achievements.
+ Experience in basic maintenance of Point of Care or Laboratory equipment.
+ Experience with Blood gas and Immunoassay.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the end-to-end development and execution of strategic account plans on both regional and global scales, partnering with senior management to secure alignment, drive cross-functional collaboration, and exceed targeted revenue and retention goals.
+ Leads prospecting efforts in a designated territory or market segment, handling research, lead qualification, outreach, presentations, and deal closures.
+ Leverages design and supply chain capabilities in network infrastructure, security, power and DCIM to maximize profitability.

+ Champions a sales hunter mindset, proactively cultivating and overseeing a robust pipeline of new projects and market-share expansion opportunities for designated hyperscale companies and multi-tenant data Center operators.
+ Proficient in cultivating networks and navigating the political landscape of large, complex organizations to engage key decision-makers regardless of title.
+ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
+ Confident, persistent, and resilient in ambiguous scenarios and amid significant internal and external demands.
+ Business proficiency in English.
