**Purpose of Role**
The **Wholesale Intern** will support the Wholesale team and the business's wholesale customers. They will be involved in collecting key account data and insights to help the team in idenitfying sales objectives and goals. They will also be exposed to competitor activities and experience developing new market opportunities.
We will prioritize candidates who can commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
**Your Impact**
+ Coordinating with the Wholesale Manager to identify sales objectives and goals

Purpose of Role
The
Senior Manager, Wholesale
will develop and manage wholesale and corporate sales channels. He/she will be responsible for delivering the financial performance internally (sales) and externally (account performance) to drive wholesale performance through brand execution, operational excellence, and collaboration with partners.
Your Impact
- Lead and execute the wholesale distribution strategy for Thailand.
- Proactively lead a joint company–strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one- and three-year period.
- Identify new wholesale accounts, specialist doors, and corporate and institutional customers to meet annual wholesale targets.
- Understand wholesale partners' business, retail landscape, city business and account map, and competitors to identify product sales opportunities to drive more sell-in and replenishment.
- Lead all customer-facing touchpoints within the GTM calendar, including prelines and sell-ins.
- Drive partnership performance through the engagement of key stakeholders, and coordinate the involvement of company personnel—including support, service, and management resources—in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Build and maintain business relationships with wholesale partners and act as a trusted consultant to provide support and resolve issues.
- Conduct seasonal, quarterly, and monthly business reviews with accounts and develop and execute the proper product assortment plan for them.
- Liaise with Marketing and VM to create and execute the GTM plan in line with strategic account plans.
- Liaise with Merchandising to ensure seasonal and long-term assortment plans maximize business goals.
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance functions on financial forecasting, product delivery schedules, and payment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 5 or more years of wholesale account/partner management, inventory management, or retail marketing–related experience
- 2 or more years of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the wholesale landscape
- Strategic thinking; able to build and execute long-term strategic plans and partnerships with national retail partners
- Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The position involves a hands-on approach to deal negotiations and execution, including expanding the leasing base and driving asset sales, while also contributing to regional expansion initiatives and integrating solar solutions into leasing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Drive Leasing and Tenant Acquisition:
o Proactively lead the entire leasing cycle – from prospecting, site presentation, proposal development, to deal closing.
o Develop customized leasing strategies for anchor tenants, built-to-suit projects, and new developments.
o Negotiate lease terms directly with clients and ensure alignment with legal and operational teams.
o Maintain close relationships with brokers, agents, and key tenants to secure pipeline visibility and repeat transactions.
Regional Expansion & Market Penetration:
o Support the regional expansion strategy by identifying key growth markets, assessing local demand, and engaging with potential clients in new regions.
o Assist in developing regional market entry plans, identifying opportunities, and managing key relationships.
o Facilitate the adaptation of business development efforts to meet the specific demands of new geographic regions.
Financial & Commercial Management:
o Develop business cases, project feasibility, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and risk assessment for leasing and sales initiatives.
o Assess market conditions and ensure that the company's pricing, deal structures, and product offerings are competitive and aligned with market trends.
o Monitor financial performance of projects, adjust strategies and execution plans as needed in response to market dynamics, regulatory updates, and client feedback – ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy over time to real-world conditions to achieve targets and optimize returns.
o Prepare practical, results-focused business cases and internal approval packages for HOD.
Market Analysis & Strategic Planning:
o Continuously analyze market trends, tenant demands, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions and product offerings.
o Evaluate regional market opportunities for expansion, including identifying potential areas for growth, new partnerships, and site development.
o Provide insights and recommendations to HOD on product positioning and adjustments needed to capitalize on market shifts.
· Taking on any additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD and/or Line Manager.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
· years of experience in business development, real estate leasing, asset sales or investment.
· Proven ability to independently manage and close leasing/sales with multinational and local clients.
· Solid understanding of real estate financial concepts such as pricing, returns, and cost structures.
· Ability to assess and act on market trends to drive business strategy and decision-making.
· Experience working across multiple industrial zones or regional markets is an advantage.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and business case development.
· Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Willingness to travel domestically and regionally as needed.
