• Assist in implementing, configuring, and maintaining network and cybersecurity solutions (Firewall, Switch, Wireless, VPN, Endpoint, etc.)
• Perform basic system troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and issue resolution.
• Participate in system installation, UAT, and go-live cutover activities.
• Prepare technical documentation such as configuration records, reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate solution design and improvements.

Systems Engineer (2 Position)

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Develop suite of systems engineering documentation including, requirements management plan, interface management plan, system engineering management plan, system integration plan, etc.
• Review design documents of overall system and sub-systems, taking into account the requirements, regulations and standards
• Reviewing time schedules and plans to fulfill project requirements
• Project-specific interface, configuration and document management
• Liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure requirements and interface management activities are being undertaken as per the General and Technical Specifications
• Site inspections, Testing & Commissioning coordination
• Participate in System Integration

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Rail engineering or related fields.
• Have experience in Related work or ideally in railway transportation systems or large infrastructure projects
• Sound specialist knowledge in establishing system engineering processes, applications/systems and documentation
• Knowledge of engineering processes and standards associated with system engineering
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Independent and structured approach to work

The System and Platform Management (Infra Design and Reliability) Team will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining highly reliable and scalable infrastructure platforms. The role emphasizes system reliability, continuous improvement, and automation to ensure seamless business operations and long-term resilience.

• 2-3 Years Experience in Cloud Service: Microsoft Azure, O365 Best Practice Management Configuration, Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch), SharePoint Best Practice, Teams, and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of scripting such as PowerShell script, VBScript, Batch script.
• Knowledge of VDI (Citrix, VMWare Horizon) and VDI Gateway

Position : System Engineer(Windows, VMWare, VDI Server)

Core Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture:

Create and define the architecture for new or existing virtual desktop infrastructures (VDIs) and server environments.

• Implementation:

Deploy and configure virtual machines (VMs) using VMware vSphere, including ESXi servers, vCenter, and datastores.

• Management:

Manage and maintain both virtual server and VDI environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

• Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated user issues and system problems within the virtualized environment.

• Security & Patching:

Implement and manage security patches and fixes to maintain the integrity and security of the virtual infrastructure.

• Documentation:

Key Technologies & Skills

• VMware Virtualization:

Qualifications & Experience
