Job Description
**Location:** Nakorn Pathom, Thailand
**Reporting to:** Financial Controller
**Summary**
+ Coordinate all activities in completing Trial balance for monthly reporting.
+ Coordinate with all process center to gather information and analysis related to production performance and manufacturing variance analysis including forecasting and budget preparation.
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to perform the reports for audits purpose which including GAAP, BOI and tax related matters.
**Job Description**
+ Responsible for accurate reporting and related analysis of month end closing transactions.
+ Prepare journal entries and reconciles balance sheet and subsidiary accounts.
+ Perform monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports for management review.
+ Provide the wages & salaries and working time report for variance analysis.
+ Provide the Fixed assets register and manage the assets control process related.
+ Coordinate with all financial auditors for internal & external, BOI and tax requirement.
+ Applies comprehensive knowledge to perform varied tasks for internal / external / government audit concerns.
+ Participate with team to develop finance processing and strategy plan.
+ Perform other directly related appropriate duties as assigned
+ Ensure that all company rules and regulatory and environment health and safety are compiled by all employees.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
+ At least 5 years' experience in Accounting/Finance working in a manufacturing environment liaising with cross functional teams on site
+ Experience in handling the full spectrum of accounting functions which include Accounting, Full Set, Budget & Forecasting and Reporting
+ Knowledge of policies, procedure, methods of TB, GL and other analysis reports
+ Knowledge of MRP system is advantageous (BPCS LX/SAP)
+ Advanced knowledge for application software, database, spreadsheets
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and advanced English communication skills
+ Native Thai required for the role
+ Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines as scheduled with high quality output
+ Positive attitude, able to foster good relationships and coordinate across different departments

+ Using a systematic approach to managing quality improvements and resolution of daily quality issues. Support product and process validations.
+ Support the development and design transfer of new products using Advanced Quality Planning.
+ Driving continuous improvement activities for product related quality in production floor.
**Job Description**
+ Quality Engineering is responsible for product and service quality planning, evaluation, and control.
+ Works cross-functionally in the development and implementation of prevention-based methodologies used in manufacturer, test, providing data.
+ Demonstrates understanding of quality principles, systems, methods, tools, and standards.
+ Develops and implements quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting and problem solving.
+ Plans, controls, and assures product and process quality in accordance with quality requirements.
+ Demonstrates knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management.
+ Applies problem solving and quality improvement tools and techniques, including, preventative and corrective actions and how to overcome barriers to quality improvements.
+ Acquires and analyzes data using appropriate standard quantitative methods to facilitate process analysis and improvements.
+ Ongoing monitoring and drive quality performance in production processes to meet quality goals.
+ Ensure compliance of QMS and identify the issue and follow up through CAPA Process.
+ Support risk analysis and risk management as required.
+ Using a systematic approach to managing quality improvements and resolution of daily quality issues. Support product and process validations.
+ Customer requirements. The focus must be a proactive, prevention-based approach aimed at not creating defects. The focus is to have capable and stable manufacturing.
+ Support the QMS audit process.
+ Performs other related duties of similar type and work on assigned.
+ Emphasize company environment health and safety rules and regulations to employees and ensure compliance.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree of Science (Quality Engineering background preferred).
+ At least ten years' experience in quality improvement related field.
+ Familiar with quality principles, methods, tools for problem solving and quality improvement programs, FMEA which may include but not limited to tracking, analyzing, reporting and tools and techniques.
+ Familiar with statistical analysis tool for data analysis.
+ Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Expert in Excel i.e. graphs, power BI, vlookup etc.
+ A comprehensive understanding of quality processes, manufacturing operations and control procedures within manufacturing operations is required.
+ High attention to detail and able to propose proactive solutions.
+ Able to prioritize, plan, coordinate and influence stakeholders across various departments within manufacturing site.
+ Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment.
+ Strong leadership, team player and well organized.
+ Native Thai and good command of business English.
