- Proven track record of accomplished selling in the mid-market to IT infrastructure specialists; must have an in-depth understanding of technology trends and issues and their impact on enterprises.
- Proven ability to develop new sales with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
- Must have knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
- Must be available to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

**About the Role**
As a CBRE Area General Manager, you will lead the day to day delivery of the assigned portfolio of accounts. **What You'll Do**
Strategic Planning and Review
+ Exploit all opportunities of strategic development of the portfolio, deliver increased turnover and profitability, increase additional services and projects and renew all contracts/tenders
Financial & Asset Management
+ Take appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure revenue, operating profit, working capital and booking targets are met and continually improved upon without compromising exceptional service standard or customer relationship
Operational Management
+ Provide leadership with full responsibility of profit & loss including development of contract financial planning for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded
+ Communicate and implement business policies and processes within the contract for various portfolio of accounts effectively
+ Ensure fair treatment of suppliers at all times, professional supplier management and arbitration of disputes
+ Work closely with procurement team to ensure maximum use of preferred suppliers and robust back-to-back contracts, performance focused contracts are in place with contract duration by leveraging maximum value
+ Optimize staffing structure operates across contracts and balance cost reduction without compromising delivery of excellent service. Staffing structure should be robust to support peaks and troughs in workload, disaster recovery and promote leveraging expertise across the portfolio of accounts
Business Development and Marketing

+ Conduct site technical due diligence/surveys as technical expert as and when required, support the effective management of the technical Operations, Repairs and Maintenance (OMR) portion of the building(s) budget(s), providing budget variance reports when required and assisting with annual reconciliations.
+ Work directly with our operations and business development teams across Thailand, supporting and leading on maintenance and engineering management, as well as well work with APAC and Thailand leadership team on developing, deploying, and managing our strategy for maximizing and growing our technical services.
**What You'll Need**
Qualification and Experience
+ Master's or Bachelor's Degree from college or university and a minimum of 10 years of experience and industry knowledge in facilities management, building services and projects.
+ Tertiary qualification in Engineering Studies preferable with Bachelor of degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Services related subject.
+ Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, CEM, FMP) will be an added advantage.

**The role**

In enabling our One WTW Client model, our Sales Operations colleagues act as key catalysts for Sales Enablement and focuses on the following pillars:

Job Description

The Regional Development Manager is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with the client base (educators, and institutions and/or government) by promoting our Pearson Edexcel qualifications and learning resources. This person is responsible to meet sales target by maximizing market share growth in Thailand as well as maintaining current partnership with schools and distributors.
The incumbent must be aggressive and active in competitive accounts, as well as knowledgeable regarding competition and industry trends. Responsible for proposing and closing engagements that will achieve total revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction plans.
**What you will do:**
**Key Account Management**
+ Support the Pearson adoptions with existing clients
+ Collate via direct calling & market research an understanding of each key customer and anticipate their needs
+ Appraise customer potential for new business development
+ Appreciate sources of risk, cost and profit
+ Develop appropriate strategies for each customer
+ Able to conduct appropriate product presentations that is relevant to teachers' and institutions needs
+ Qualify & develop potential leads for Pearson products that can be accelerated by deployment of specialist resource into the key account and/or market(s)
+ Liaise with local distributors or partners to ensure the efficient coverage of accounts and collation of updated market and sales data.
+ Use SalesForce as main tool to manage pipeline opportunities and risks as well as maintain up-to-date customer account information
**Establish, maintain and enhance productive working relationships with stakeholders**
+ Build upon the Pearson brand to ensure that the company is recognised as the number one choice for educational products and services within the region.
+ Establish and maintain effective communication channels to key stakeholders in the region both for intelligence gathering and dissemination of product information.
+ Establish and ensure high quality relationships with other parts of the Pearson business so as to identify and exploit pan-Pearson opportunities.
+ Work for mutually beneficial relationship with key regional partners/distributors with best clarity of roles and relationships
**Reporting and Market Intelligence**
+ Opportunity pipeline (new business, retention risks)

+ Product fit for market
+ Competitors and competitor activity
**To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Relevant previous product or market sector knowledge. Calling on academic institutions/understanding of how they work
+ Highly motivate, strong personal selling and negotiation skills, Target and performance driven
+ Fluent in English with Good presentation skills
+ Strong organizational and planning skills
+ Self-starter with initiative
+ Hold full driving license, Ability and willingness to travel for work whenever necessary throughout Malaysia as well as for sales conferences or as required.

**What you'll do:**
Lead and manage sales projects in AEAN countries for PDSS EA ,focus in renewable energy/power generation, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, collaborate across departments, monitor sales performance, provide sales training, manage risks, utilize sales tools, and conduct market research.
