**Job Description**:
Distribution Account Sales
- Set annual product sales target with benefits planning
- Forecast and result review on a monthly basis with Regional Head Quarter and management
- Shipment planning for sell-in activities
Sales and Marketing activities
- Plan and 4P’s (product, price, place, and promotion) management of the assigned products leading toward sales revenue and country stock.
- Manage channel motivation tools such as promotion and incentive
- Channel visit and survey for market information intelligent
- Manage forecast system and control availability of the products in the territories.
- Being a contact point for special projects requested, or other assign by management

**As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll be part of our T&O Comercial team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:**
**Responsible for planning and execution for marketing initiatives of assigned products/brands.**
**Responsible for new product launch matters including pricing, demand forecast, promotion and advertising campaign**
**Assist on the production of marketing materials, catalogues, posters, collaterals, digital marketing asset, etc. for responsible product category**
**Assist on product training and content creations**
