Job Description
You'll be expected to design and build sustainable and agile data & analytics tools and methodologies in response to changes in client or firm requirements.
You'll also need to make sure the team can deliver high quality data and analytics work and provide constructive and practical advice for clients.
You will also contribute to the firm's intellectual property by promoting the development of tool kits, methodologies, accelerators and training.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Technologies, Statistics or other related disciplines that possess a data or an analytical component.
Minimum 4-8 years of working experience in data & analytics or technical implementation experience with data & analytics software, for example: Analytical software (e.g. R, SAS).
Data visualisation tools (e.g. Qlikview, PowerBI,).
Relational database management tools (e.g. SQL).
Machine learning and AI (e.g. Python).
Strong knowledge of data & analytics concepts to analyse and break down client's complex case scenarios and interpret technical findings which can be clearly communicated to team members and clients.
Strong presentation and communication skills by leading or delivering high impact presentations to senior executives.
Strong project management, interpersonal, influencing, and advisory skills.
Flexibility to travel and work on out of town engagements and overseas assignments.
Clear, articulate, and confident written and verbal communication in Thai and English.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
+ Leading and mentoring the service desk team to deliver high-quality support aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
+ Managing the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests-from logging to resolution.
+ Monitoring ticket queues, response times, and resolution metrics to ensure operational excellence.
+ Driving continuous improvement initiatives based on service trends and user feedback.
+ Generating and analyzing reports to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
+ Communicating updates on major incidents, outages, and project rollouts.
+ Maintaining and enhancing the internal knowledge base and documentation.
+ Administering and optimizing the service desk platform and tools.
