**Job Overview**
**Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leads digital marketing execution for hotels within the region, acting as the primary contact for property teams to drive brand-consistent, high-performing campaigns. Responsibilities span property-level support, regional campaign rollout, pre-opening digital leadership, and ongoing performance optimization across paid media, SEO, CRM, and web channels. The position requires hands-on expertise with leading digital tools and platforms to deliver measurable results and meet brand KPIs.**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Hotel-Level Support & Guidance**
**-** **Act as the first point of contact for property Digital Marketing Managers for day-to-day execution, campaign troubleshooting, and best practice sharing.**
**-** **Review, advise, and optimize property-level digital campaigns for brand consistency and performance.**
**-** **Provide regular coaching, feedback, and reporting templates to ensure hotels meet digital KPIs.**
**Regional Campaign Execution**
**-** **Execute regional brand and F&B campaigns across all relevant digital channels, ensuring creative, targeting, and messaging are aligned with The Standard's brand voice.**
**-** **Adapt global creative concepts for regional relevance and rollout.**
**-** **Coordinate cross-channel execution including paid search, paid social, display, metasearch, and CRM.**
**Pre-Opening Digital Leadership**
**-** **Lead the performance digital marketing executions for new hotels, including paid media campaigns, and SEO optimization.**
**-** **Work with sales, and revenue teams to ensure integrated go-to-market strategies.**
**Performance & Optimization**
**-** **Monitor and analyze campaign performance at both regional levels**
**-** **Use data to make real-time optimizations and inform future planning.**
**-** **Benchmark performance against industry/brand standards and past results.**
**Web, SEO & CRM**
**-** **Ensure property landing pages and hotel content are fully optimized for search visibility and conversion.**
**-** **Support targeted email marketing initiatives and audience segmentation for both pre-opening and existing hotels.**
**Tools & Platforms**
**The role will require advanced, hands-on use of:**
**-** **Paid Media Platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.**
**-** **Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, UTM tracking.**
**-** **SEO & Keyword Tools: SEMrush, Google Search Console, keyword research tools**
**-** **CRM & Email Marketing: Revinate, TableCheck and related CRM tools**
**Metasearch & OTA Management: Koddi or equivalent.**
**-** **Conceptualize, design, and animate 3D motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand identity, messaging, and marketing objectives.**
**-** **Utilize 3D modeling software (such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max) to create stunning visual effects, animations, and simulations.**
**-** **Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and storyboard motion graphic projects.**
**-** **Create detailed illustrations and graphics, and seamlessly integrate them into motion graphic designs to enhance visual storytelling.**
**-** **Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design and 3D animation, and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.**
**-** **Ensure consistency in design aesthetics, branding, and messaging across all motion graphic projects.**
**-** **Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and devices, including web, social media, presentations, and video content.**
**-** **Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.**
**-** **Communicate effectively with team members to discuss project requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.**
**Qualifications:**
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:**
**-** **Bachelor's degree in Marketing with Digital focused.**
**-** **At least 7 Years of hands-on digital marketing execution in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brand.**
**-** **Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch using the above tool stack.**
**-** **Pre-Opening hotel Experience is highly valued.**
**-** **Proven working experience in Asia is an advantage.**
**-** **Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.**

A Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager drives the digital presence of Waldorf Astoria Bangkok by transforming strategy into impactful campaigns that elevate visibility, performance, and revenue. Oversees digital marketing and social media, ensuring every initiative reflects the hotel's standards.
**CORE COMPETENCIES / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager leads the hotel's digital vision, enhancing visibility, performance, and revenue across every online channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the role takes full ownership of digital performance - executing strategy, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring every initiative reflects the brand's Forbes Five-Star positioning. The Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager shapes commercial outcomes through data-driven strategies, bold performance marketing, and compelling content. Manage the planning, content, and images on the hotel's social media.
**OTA & Distribution Management**
- Oversee content and performance across Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Sabre, Hilton Elevate, meta-search channels, and associated apps.
- Ensure all listings reflect accurate information, updated imagery, and consistent luxury brand representation.
- Support the Commercial team in monitoring promotions and rate strategies to maximize visibility and bookings.
- Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and answering guest comments from Trip-Advisor, Google, OTAs, other e-commerce channels and social media channels.
**Website & Content Management**
- Maintain and update the hotel website, apps, and digital platforms including Content Gateway, ICE Portal, Markit, SevenRooms, Simplify, digital screens, and all online channel.
- Ensure all content, photography, and offers meet brand standards and are updated regularly.
- Support digital storytelling through imagery, copy, and layouts that align with luxury positioning.
**SEO & Search Performance**
- Implement on-page and technical SEO practices to strengthen website visibility and improve search rankings.
- Use Google Search Console and other tools to monitor keyword performance and optimize user pathways.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into campaigns and website content.
**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track digital performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and internal dashboards.
- Prepare reports on ROI, website performance, OTA traffic, and digital campaign results.
**Paid Media & Advertising**
- Execute paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor budget spend, targeting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
- Support creative development for digital ads to ensure alignment with luxury branding.
**Market Insights**
- Monitor competitor activity across OTAs, websites, and paid media.

**Social Media**
- Manage content planning, creation, and scheduling across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and LINE Official Account.).

- Write engaging captions and storytelling posts to highlight hotel experiences, promotions, F&B offerings, and guest moments.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and guest feedback in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Track performance analytics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, F&B, Spa, and Events teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
