Overview:
As a vital link to the General Manager's office, the Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless functioning of administrative operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is instrumental in facilitating communication, managing schedules, and overseeing various administrative processes. The Administrative Assistant serves as a reliable point of contact, supporting the General Manager in day-to-day tasks and enabling effective coordination across departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Skillfully manage the General Manager's calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and events while optimizing time allocation.
- Create, revise, and refine documents, correspondences, and presentations for review and distribution by the General Manager.
- Facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of the General Manager, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis at the General Manager's request, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Organize the logistics of meetings, conferences, and special events hosted by the General Manager, ensuring seamless execution.

Daily task's will include:

- Managing office in Bangkok (ordering supplies, managing deliveries, dealing with rentals, paying bills).
- Following local updates regarding public holidays and making schedule for employees
- Monthly payroll
- Working with immigration managing all the 90 day renewals, processing new work permits, processing work permit and visa extensions for the staff
- Working with accounting monthly, paying taxes, doing tax reports etc.
- Doing record keeping, making invoices and filling out agreements in English for partner companies
- Doing translations and handling local issues for the management in Thai language
- Participating in business meetings with management and communication with local partners
- Searching and communication with potential local partners
- Helping with HR tasks
- Any other assistance that management will require

The Executive Assistant is a seasoned role and has the primary responsibility to provide administrative support to Chief Executives and Senior Executive Vice Presidents within the organization.
