Job Description
Our client is of the global Healthcare company in Thailand. They are looking for Head of Legal and Compliance to be responsible for Company's various domestic and international legal and compliance-related matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing support to the overall group's compliance program
- Preparing and conducting required compliance training programs (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Marketing Practice, etc.) to employees
- Provided legal and standard advice to others, handled any legal disputes, and reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, developed training materials and implemented training and seminars to educate associates and business partners
- Monitored of compliance risks on third parties through due diligence exercise
- Interactions with HCPs and all marketing-related activities
- Reviewing all types of compliance with code of conduct and communicate with pharma association
- Maintaining awareness and provide training to staff members of all current, pertinent regulations, guidelines, policies, procedures, and practices
- Ensuring compliance with relevant SOP and corporate standards
- Investigating and reporting whistleblowing cases
**The successful applicant will have**:
- A Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in law or relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in Legal and Compliance in the healthcare/pharmaceuticals industry
- Familiar with PReMa
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
- Thai nationality only

**Responsibilities**:
- The Manager - Marketing will establish & drive success across Marketing, eCommerce & Customer Service functions in Thailand, while providing leadership and direction to the team
- Develop & drive marketing strategy to achieve business targets including sales, profitability, market share and mind share etc.
- Establish processes and governance to effectively manage area of responsibility
- Identify market potential and issue to introduce appropriate strategy and countermeasure.
- Provide insights to Senior Management to drive business development
- Collaborate with cross functional department to ensure internal resources are allocated appropriately for success
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Advertising/Marketing
- Masters in business management is preferably.
- More than 5 years of leadership experience in OTC/FMCG industry

- Already a successful leader, with a passion for getting things done and who will relish scaling & growing our business
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity with leading and mentoring sales staff.
- Exceptional Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, the sales force and customers.
- High-energy, self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, demonstrates good executive presence, and can deliver in meeting deadlines and objectives
