**About the role**:
This is an exciting and newly created role which will involve looking after and growing the Thailand hotel market. **Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1-3 years direct sales or new business development experience carrying and exceeding a sales target
- Experience in SaaS sales in hospitality, travel/tourism, property management systems, booking engines revenue management systems or online travel agencies(OTAs) is highly desirable
- High level of proficiency in English & Thai - both written and spoken
- Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Demo our solution with the goal of converting the prospect into a paying customer
- Researching opportunities to identify target prospects within an assigned territory
- Attending local and regional networking and trade show events
- Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities and closed business -consistently hitting and exceeding sales goals

Market Intelligence
Direct and lead the establishment of a database and the processes to obtain, update, maintain, and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technology, the service needs, intelligence on competitors, etc, to identify new business opportunities. Credit Administration
Finalize sales contracts in line with company credit policies and share relevant customer information with Finance to support credit policy updates. People and Function Management

Review performance data to monitor productivity, output quality, and cost, and implement improvements.
EHS
According to corporate, company, and statutory EHS requirements, the incumbent will lead and monitor the implementation of the relevant safety and environmental protection policies and procedures across all operational areas.
