**Your Role**
The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for managing the coordination of shipments accurately and timely, meeting customer transit time requirements. The Operational Care Specialist is part of a team (Operational Care Centers) responsible for coordinating transport activities by executing the necessary bookings with our partners and gateways, generating the required documentation, and monitoring each shipment, including deviation handling.
