The Senior Director, Sales & Distribution, Thailand, Cambodia & Myanmar is the sales leader for several properties within Thailand, Cambodia & Myanmar area. **What will I be doing?**
As a Director of Sales, you are responsible for working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels. A Director of Sales will work to develop the sales group and groom a high-performing sales team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Collaborate with Hotel Teams and other valuable partners to provide total client solutions
+ Present sales pitches to clients with complex needs across multiple areas of the business; providing an overall solutions approach
+ Consistently build client accounts by using the organization's sales techniques and strengthening existing client relations.
+ Apply sales growth techniques to drive revenue and improve client total brand usage
+ Address objections by using a repositioning sales strategy or by successfully negotiating
+ Incorporate a personalized approach to the organization's existing client acquisition sales techniques to improve selling performance
+ Demonstrate proven understanding of sales principles and protocols to increase revenue per client, and ensure revenue targets are achieved
+ Apply the best methodology in day-to-day client data management and maintaining clients' privacy, using the organization's CRM program
+ Communicate hotel promotions with a high degree of ease to support client needs
+ Analyze industry trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and incorporating industry and client analyses to forecast future client needs
+ Prospect and Develop New accounts for Thailand region.
+ Pull weekly and quarterly reporting as needed for the position and as indicated by your leader.

+ Develop and implement a focused sales solicitation plan for all Diamond, Gold, Silver and Member accounts, as well growing relationship with these accounts.
+ Develop relationship with costumers and hotels for all source markets.
+ Assists internal team during organization of NSO Thailand events with suppliers, hotels, special events, agenda and overall organization.
+ Maintains Sales Force records, including call reports, meeting profiles, history, and traces.
+ Ensure quarterly and annual revenue and ancillary goals/targets are achieved.
+ Build positive internal and external relationships to influence people.
+ Set standards for leadership by example, including resourcefulness to effect change, resolve issues and ensure partnership within appropriate levels of enterprise. Overall, you will maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
+ Evaluate and look for opportunities from a strategic perspective, to prioritize and implement plans to help meet the organization's core strategic goals.
+ Adhere to Corporate Team Member policies and procedures, standard practice instructions, anti-trust guidelines and code of ethics at all times.
