1.Primary job function
・Make a monthly goods purchase plan from domestic and overseas supplier in cooperation with sales department
・Make a business plan of goods purchase twice a year in cooperation with sales department
・Track and follow-up the production schedule to factory
・Input products receipt record into ERP system, both domestic and imported products, after products arrive at warehouse
・Prepare details for Accounts Payable records by inputting product receipt details in ERP system.
・Summarize necessary details regarding Accounts Payable record and send to the accounting department.
・Adjust product costs in the system in the case of purchasing products for re-work
・Other tasks assigned by superior
2. Support Control Domestic Inventory
・Analyse month-end inventory balance and take actions in case of over-stock and stock-shortage
・Oversee the situation of inventory to avoid inventory discrepancy
・Manage the physical inventory check by cooperating with the accounting team
3. Support Control Goods Delivery (Sub job function)
・Control drivers of the company and troubleshoot problems if any
・Consider hiring external driver in case of manpower shortage
・Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly as scheduled
・Hold meetings with drivers on a regular basis in reference to scheduling system
4. General Support (Sub job function)
・Coordinate with department stores in case of damage claims for company's official shop
・Periodically renew agreements with department stores such as store lease agreements, rebate agreement and so on

・Thai Nationality, Female age between 40-50 years old (You will be managing mid 40-50 years old members)

・6 years of experience in Sales support, logistics or purchasing field.

・5 years of team-leading experience.
・Intermediate level of English (around TOIEC score 550+)
・Good communication skills - for coordination with sales staff, accounting staff or customers
・Good computer skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
・Own interpersonal skill and analytical skills
