**Job Description**:
**1. Job Purpose**:
Supply Chain Manager acts as the first point of contact with regards to all Supply Chain matters for the Business Units assigned. Ensure orders are produced and delivered to customers on time and with high quality. Supervise, coordinate with all related parties and solve problems. **Job Description**:

This position is responsible for stock management of supply chain & logistics execution for Minor International PCL. Coordinate with our suppliers and 3PL to ensure a least cost on time delivery system that maintains product integrity, optimum stock level and DIF as per KPI target.

- Work closely with marketing and operation team to proper manage the promotion to minimize stock out and left over stocks after promotion. The drivers will be the forecast accuracy and stock monitoring along the promotion. This requires an ongoing communication with all parties to ensure the success.
- Define inventory policy for each item and ensure all parties implemented the policy properly
- Work daily with 3PL to ensure the stocks can be supplied with quality to all customers. Also the inventory level at distribution centre will be optimized.

- Identify and execute cost saving and improvement opportunities in supply chain planning and execution area including network planning, inventory optimization, etc. It can be in the process, organization and information technology areas.
