This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant:The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

• Produce/Inspect parts following the standard.
• Work under company regulations and department work standards.
• Confirm machine, equipment, and cleaning before starting work.
• Perform cleaning and 5S in the responsible working area.
• Provide suggestions for continuous improvement of the production process.
• Operate processes with Poka Yoke, including sorting following the standard.
• Print labels and label boxes.
• Perform Kanban scanning, Kanban leveling, process release, and understand the system.
• Check quantity, labeling, part number/model.
• Perform other jobs assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Secondary school or higher, Vocational or diploma in mechatronic, mechanic, maintenance, electric or electronic are preferable.

Qualifications:

• English: Fair or able to use some words as needed.
• Able to work following leader's instructions.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset.
• Social Competence.
• Daily ESQCD, 5S condition.
• Visual Inspection / Change Over / Component Assembly.

Job description

1.    Concentrate operation process of assembly and Inspection.

2.    Planning, scheduling , follow up production progressive.

3.    Control production output to achieve the plan and delivery.

4.    Improvement work procedure, also kaizen, 5s in production line.

5.    Can support working overtimes and night shifts

6.    Investigate, analyze once trouble occurs.

• Inspect and assess damage on Boiler Pressure Parts within power plants.
• Define inspection areas and select appropriate testing methods based on past inspection data.
• Perform scanning and evaluation of pressure parts to identify potential or existing issues.
• Analyze inspection results and recommend corrective actions (e.g., replacement, repair, or Fitness for Service assessment).
• Coordinate with the planning and maintenance teams to ensure timely repair planning and execution.
• Record and maintain inspection data, thickness measurements, and repair history to support life expectancy analysis.
• Prepare and control related welding documentation (WPS, PQR) and ensure welders are tested per ASME Sec. IX.
• Ensure all activities comply with company safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Science.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
3. Certified ASNT Level II (or equivalent) in NDT.
4. Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Strong analytical and coordination skills.

Job Description

- Prepare the ship for inspection in various systems (PTT / SIRE 2.0)

Qualification

• experience in chief engineer on foreign going vessel / engineering superintendent / technical management position.
• Good command of English in writing, speaking and writing.
  
  Good computer literacy.
• Understanding of budgeting and projections / in-dept of marine, dry-docking management in operations of shipping business.

• Marine law and regulation is a must.

• Able to work on holidays and outside of normal work hours

• Having passed a ship inspection from PTT GROUPS will be given special consideration.
• Passed working on a gas, oil, or chemical tanker.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee vehicles within the Vehicle Stock Yard in a systematic and well-organized manner to ensure efficient vehicle movement, storage, and release processes.
2. Supervise the team in tracking and locating vehicles reported with issues by the factory, Presale and After-sale departments, ensuring prompt and accurate inspection and resolution.
3. Inspect and identify quality issues in vehicles located within the Stock Yard, report findings to the relevant departments, analyze root causes, follow up on corrective actions, and implement scope removal for affected vehicles to ensure quality control and prevent recurrence.
4. Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Logistics departments to effectively follow up on and report relevant issues.
5. New coming inspector training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience e in automotive industrial
• Quality Engineer including more than 3 years of experience in managing vehicle stock yard.
• Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO9001)
• Strong abilities in communication, organization, coordination, execution, Excellent analytical and independent problem-solving.
• Can communication in English and Thai; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

› Upon finding equipment failure, immediately report to shift leader for speed recovery to ensure normal operation of equipment
