Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

**About the Role**
As our Key Account Manager - MRO (Modern Retail Off-Trade), you will be responsible for Develop and execute channel strategies. You'll leverage market analysis to identify growth opportunities and build strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales and market share. This includes negotiating contracts, setting pricing strategies, and continuously improving performance through data-driven insights will be key aspects of our MRO (Modern Retail Off-Trade) success!
**Role Responsibilities**
· Developing and implementing strategies to optimize in assigned channels such as hypermarket, supermarkets, convenience stores. This involves understanding market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, this involves negotiating contracts, setting pricing policies, and resolving any issues that may arise.
· Monitor and evaluate assigned channel performance, KPIs, and market share to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
· Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on channel development initiatives and progress.
**Experience / skills required**
**About You**
· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG/Modern Trade or a relevant industry, with a deep understanding of the market channels. Experience in the alcohol industry is a plus.
· Proven track record of success in managing high-volume sales targets.
· Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
· Strong business acumen and data analysis.
· A driven and results-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, accountability, a self-starting attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.
· Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English.

Join CBRE Thailand's leading Office Leasing team as a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager. This is an individual contributor role where you will be instrumental in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic leasing initiatives within Bangkok's dynamic commercial real estate market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Drive new business development and client acquisition strategies to expand market share in the office leasing sector.
+ Lead complex negotiations between landlords and tenants, structuring mutually beneficial lease agreements and successfully closing transactions.
