Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Provides the necessary engineering support and coordination of prototype build to ensure that new assemblies are completed on time and on budget. Provides feedback to appropriate engineering and support groups to ensure smooth transition from prototype to production. Reviews and interprets customer specifications. Provides engineering expertise for all technical issues related to the customer's product(s) from product conception to product obsolescence. Works closely with customer on the design of new products. Gathers, understands and converts customer data into usable manufacturing information. Verifies that specifications conform to customer, industry and company standards. Assists in selecting and programming manufacturing equipment to build product. Assists manufacturing with the first run of product. Develops specialized tools to automate and ease assembly/test development. Develops and executes assembly/test strategy for new products including DFx analysis and feedback. Summary

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Manages engineering projects for development and production.
- Responsibilities include providing project definition and metrics, resource allocation, budget development and management, schedule management, task prioritization, contingency planning, project and program review.
- Communicates progress and results to senior management and customers.
- Works with Corporate and other Technical Managers to develop and maintain a process for determining which projects to staff based on customer demands and industry trends.
- Manages equipment selection, chemical computability, Design For Manufacture, process transfers, and qualification and reliability methodologies.

- Lead the entire product lifecycle and be responsible for all aspects of product comprising of project management and product development both planning and execution e.g. NPD, Renewal, Product change, Factory change, Product artwork, Product code change, Product quality, Intellectual Property management, etc.

FDA, RA, Compliance management
- To ensure that all products comply with FDA and regulations.
- To handle any issues related to FDA. Lead, execute and coordinate with RA team on the new FDA notification, Renew licenses, Product label, etc. withing time frame for all FT brands.
- Responsible for ensuring product compliance and registration—including FDA licensing—by execute and verifying label accuracy against Thai FDA regulations, maintaining records of RA dossiers and approvals
Product Complaint Service
- To manage and resolve product quality complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with internal teams (RA, QA, manufacturing, supply chain) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Receive and record complaints with accurate and complete information.
- Track and update complaint status, ensuring visibility and traceability.
- Arrange for product retrieval or sample analysis, if required.
- Follow up on investigation progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare reports on complaints, product issues, and customer feedback to RA team
Operation
- To manage and control redressing sticker stock for all incoming shipment both NPD and existing products.
- To handle and prepare Product Master Data Request form to add new product in the system and co-ordinate with operation teams for smooth process in a timely manner.
- Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvement in the business development cycle e.g. cost saving program.
- Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and providing all documents needed to support business workflow.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operation, Trade Marketing, Key Account, Regional and Global team to plan, execute and manage the product roadmap.
- To understand market need, new trend and consumer insight to find the new opportunity for our brand growth.
Qualifications
- Completed a bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 4-5 years of experience in project management for FMCG products or development of cosmetics.
- English communication skills (written & spoken) are required
- Solid knowledge in regulatory affairs, and scientific validation.
- Possess strong capabilities, leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments, regional and global team as well as all external stakeholders.
- Interested in cosmetic products and other beauty products
- Able to use Microsoft Office e.g. word, Excel, power point, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data, solid problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in supporting business development.
