Job Description
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Job Responsibilities):
- วิเคราะห์และหาแนวทางพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ให้ตอบโจทย์ตลาดและแบรนด์
- จัดทำข้อมูลสินค้า (Product Detail) สำหรับช่องทาง MT และ TT เช่น
ชื่อสินค้า, ขนาด, อายุสินค้า, บาร์โค้ด, จุดขายสินค้า, ที่มาของสินค้า เป็นต้น
จัดทำเอกสารภายใน เช่น แจ้งออกสินค้าใหม่
เปลี่ยนบรรจุภัณฑ์
รายงานข้อร้องเรียนสินค้า
ดูแลการจัดทำเอกสารทางกฎหมาย เช่น
การขึ้นทะเบียน อย.
- เครื่องหมายการค้า (Trademark)
- รายละเอียดฉลาก, ชื่อสินค้า, โภชนาการ ฯลฯ
- วางแผนและควบคุมไทม์ไลน์สินค้า (Timeline & Action Plan)
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เช่น
จัดซื้อ (ข้อมูลวัตถุดิบ)
- ฝ่ายขาย (ข้อมูลสินค้าไปเสนอลูกค้า)
- เข้าร่วมการผลิต Lot ทดลองและ Lot แรก เพื่อเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงสูตรหรือกระบวนการ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร (Qualifications):
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร, เทคโนโลยีอาหาร, การตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Product Development / R&D / Marketing / Brand / FMCG อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในกลุ่มสินค้าอาหารหรือขนมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- เข้าใจโครงสร้างการพัฒนาสินค้า และสามารถจัดทำเอกสารประกอบต่างๆ ได้ครบถ้วน เช่น Product Sheet, Spec, BOM, ฉลากสินค้า
- มีทักษะในการวางแผน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาดเบื้องต้น และคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานกับหลายแผนกได้ดี (เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่าย QC ฯลฯ)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และทำงานภายใต้ Timeline ได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รักการทดลองอะไรใหม่ๆ เข้าใจผู้บริโภค และอินกับการทำสินค้า
- ใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี เช่น Excel, PowerPoint และสื่อสารภายในทีมผ่าน Line / Email / Google Drive ได้คล่อง
หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับเบื้องต้นได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเพิ่มเติม
