**Summary**
The Senior Lead Engineer, Program/Project Management is accountable for planning and directing design engineers and other technical engineers working on specific projects. They manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs. They are responsible for managing large projects with complex scope, multiple streams of work and inter-dependencies. #LI-PC1
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Manage programs (multiple projects per program) of medium complexity (technology, organizationally). Lead cross-functional, global core team(s), kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings.
+ Present and communicate status to the business leaders and customers. Review and interpret customer specifications and provide customer feedback
+ Coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
+ Implement change as directed in the product lifecycle process and recommend process improvements
+ Plan the overall program and monitor the progress. Drive the creation, review, approval and update of the Program Plan/WBS including resources.
+ Daily program management throughout the program life
+ Drive the program core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, Customer Specific Needs)
+ Define the program governance (controls)
+ Manage the program's budget. Forecast actuals against plan/quote for income/revenue, cost/labour & expense
+ Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
+ Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. Manage and utilize resources across projects
+ Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manager
+ Manage the main program documentation, such as the Program Initiation document
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Experienced in Product Development Life Cycle Management.
+ Holding PMP and/or having experience in electronics industry would be an advantage
+ Good communication, leadership, and stakeholders' management both internal and external parties
+ Knowledge of APQP and familiar with MS Project would be a plus
+ Ability to work in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
**Typical Experience**
+ Min. 10 years in project management in Manufacturing environment
**Typical Education**
+ Degree or higher in related Engineering

**The Role**:
**Project Manager **is a self-starter with loads of positive attitude, energetic, also enjoy working in a fast paced environment and learning new things. You will with our world class team of young, bright, fun and passionate individuals. This role is responsible for the day to day project management of small to medium sized projects and implements solutions at the forefront of Data driven marketing experts using leading edge technologies to deliver marketing solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create Database Marketing project plans
- Monitor progress of project and providing advice on the management of projects
- Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues
- Hold status meetings with stakeholders and document minutes and actions
- Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal team members
- Escalate issues to the Program Director

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualified in IT, MIS, Business or related discipline
- 5 years experience in project management
- General understanding of database technologies and marketing
- A high level of both written and oral communication skills
- Good liaison skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Passion for delivering marketing solutions centre around delivering a delightful customer experience
- Experience in delivering data driven or innovative marketing solutions will be highly regarded
- This position will be based in our Bangkok, Thailand office

**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and strategic alignment. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative team environment, managing client relationships, and driving project outcomes that exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate client business needs and requirements into actionable project plans and solutions.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and status updates to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and maintain project alignment.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
- Develop and manage project budgets, adhering to financial constraints. Monitor project expenses and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders. Track project progress and compile comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering) is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning, management, and cost control.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and delegate effectively.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.
