We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our client's capable team. Our client is one of the leading providers of project management, engineering, procurement and construction services including EPC projects, process systems and equipment, maintenance, modification, operational support and decommissioning to the Oil and Gas Industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and supervise the operations in a warehouse or storage facility and an inventory management system to ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods is processed in accordance with inventory management and schedule requirements.
- Achieve the goals by implementing strategic actions that are consistent with the organization's culture and values.
- Check and report inventory and provide recommendations on items to be ordered and replenished/restock and accuracy.
- Manage warehouse staffs, supervise/monitor work and ensure safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Establish warehouse processes and practices to achieve an efficient warehouse operation and inventory management system.
- Establish warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leaders.
- Oversee workplace performance and conduct training efforts to increase/improve staff's performance.
- Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure products are shipped / received / issued in a timely manner.
- Regularly inform your own staffs about company's activity and seek this information.
- Provide your staffs/employees with up-to-date job descriptions, if needed, clearly define their areas of responsibility and ensure that their responsibilities are met.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering / Engineering Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

- Have professional in managerial / leadership / coaching / delegation / problem solving skill.
- Good communication skills English (writing and speaking) with minimum TOEIC score 700.

The OV/OTE Planner is integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the End to end flow of TE products from TE Suppliers to TE Customers. + Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions
+ Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier (Supplier STC, LT accuracy, PO review), finalize Report Out of Supply Review

**Market Service Strategy defined, implemented and maintained**
1. Lead and develop the customer segmentation exercise in close coordination with Sales
2. Implement the Market Service Strategy that takes into account the different types of customers, to provide them with the most adequate, cost effective services.
3. Ensure compliance with the defined Service Strategy by closely monitoring its correct application and correcting any deviation
4. Ensure the proper long term evolution of the Service Strategy Model through periodic reviews and reassessment of customers, as well as services offered.
5. Ensure the CFSC journey (3 steps: Basic, Engagement, Acceleration) and the Market Service Strategy are fully aligned.

+ Strong understanding of all areas of business functions across the organization
