Manage the planning, content, and images on the hotel's social media.
**OTA & Distribution Management**
- Oversee content and performance across Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Sabre, Hilton Elevate, meta-search channels, and associated apps.
- Ensure all listings reflect accurate information, updated imagery, and consistent luxury brand representation.
- Support the Commercial team in monitoring promotions and rate strategies to maximize visibility and bookings.
- Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and answering guest comments from Trip-Advisor, Google, OTAs, other e-commerce channels and social media channels.
**Website & Content Management**
- Maintain and update the hotel website, apps, and digital platforms including Content Gateway, ICE Portal, Markit, SevenRooms, Simplify, digital screens, and all online channel.
- Ensure all content, photography, and offers meet brand standards and are updated regularly.
- Support digital storytelling through imagery, copy, and layouts that align with luxury positioning.
**SEO & Search Performance**
- Implement on-page and technical SEO practices to strengthen website visibility and improve search rankings.
- Use Google Search Console and other tools to monitor keyword performance and optimize user pathways.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into campaigns and website content.
**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track digital performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and internal dashboards.
- Prepare reports on ROI, website performance, OTA traffic, and digital campaign results.
**Paid Media & Advertising**
- Execute paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor budget spend, targeting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
- Support creative development for digital ads to ensure alignment with luxury branding.
**Market Insights**
- Monitor competitor activity across OTAs, websites, and paid media.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Provide recommendations to improve the hotel's online presence and guest engagement.
**Social Media**
- Manage content planning, creation, and scheduling across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and LINE Official Account.).
- Curate visually compelling imagery and videos that reflect the luxury brand standards.
- Write engaging captions and storytelling posts to highlight hotel experiences, promotions, F&B offerings, and guest moments.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and guest feedback in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Track performance analytics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, F&B, Spa, and Events teams to ensure integrated campaigns.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies to promote the hotel's restaurants, bars, catering, and banquet offerings. This role combines marketing expertise with a passion for hospitality, ensuring that all F&B promotions reflect the brand's luxury positioning, drive guest engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns; Develop, plan, and implement marketing campaigns for F&B outlets, seasonal promotions, events, and special dining experiences. Ensure alignment with the hotel's overall brand strategy and Marriott International / The Luxury Collection brand standards. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Digital Marketing & Content Creation; Manage F&B digital presence across social media, website, email newsletters, and partner platforms. Create engaging content (photos, videos, copywriting) highlighting signature dishes, chefs, seasonal promotions, and guest experiences. Collaborate with PR and communications teams to maximize media coverage. Revenue & Promotion Support; Partner with the F&B and Sales teams to design packages, promotions, and campaigns that drive revenue. Track ROI of marketing initiatives and report performance metrics to leadership. Support banquet and catering marketing by creating materials for weddings, MICE, and corporate events. Guest Engagement & Experience; Enhance the visibility of F&B offerings to hotel guests and local communities. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure marketing storytelling aligns with actual guest experiences. Support guest loyalty initiatives and Marriott Bonvoy F&B activations. Brand & Visual Standards; Ensure all creative materials meet brand guidelines, maintaining a luxury and sophisticated image. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies for professional campaigns.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Other Experience: Excellent communication skills in English. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand alignment. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and PR teams.

The Senior Associate Marketing Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the coordination and management of all aspects of marketing.
