Key Responsibilities ;

Job Specifications ;

• Bachelor of Science Program in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields,
• At least 7years experience in the safety officer in professional level.

• Coach and Coordinate with Site Leaders, distribution officers, and driver-trainer to ensure that Fleet Safety Program at the site level has been established, implemented, monitored, measured, and improved.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Support the construction safety of all the phases of projects.
• Routinely monitor the Contractor's environmental, health, safety (EHS) performance to ensure that the Contractor is in compliance with their stated practices and procedures, regulatory requirements and any additional owner expectations that may have been identified in the contract of work.
• Interface and support the construction management team at site by delivering current data on Contractor EHS performance, including: trending, incident management, EHS metrics and other key information that enable DC construction management to make informed timely decisions.
• Participate in communication methods, such as safety meetings and notices to ensure relevant EHS information is communicated across the site by contractors and ensure that DC management is included as well.
• Ensure a weekly site safety walk is conducted with the Contractor management representative and the MS PM/team.
• Participate in a daily site safety walk with the Contractor safety representative.
• Act as a coach and advisor to the Contractor safety committee.
• Evaluate the completeness and effectiveness of the Contractor's hazard assessments (MSRA, JHAs, ARTs, etc.).
• Participate in progress and schedule meetings.

Human Resources

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, time attendance, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and labor law compliance
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing (Tiger Soft), including statutory deductions, social security, and tax submissions
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS system
• Serve as the primary HR partner to department managers, supporting in performance management, disciplinary action, and workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture aligned with company values
• Coordinate with corporate HR, external consultants, and government agencies as needed
• Ensure full confidentiality and proper documentation of all HR matters

Workplace Safety (Occupational Health & Safety)

• Ensure compliance with Thai occupational health & safety laws and internal company policies
• Supervise in-house safety officers (JorPor) and collaborate to maintain effective safety systems
• Organize annual safety training, fire drills, risk assessments, and incident reporting
• Monitor safety performance and develop initiatives to improve awareness and prevention
• Liaise with external government safety authorities and auditors when required
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and compliance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong hands-on experience with payroll management, including the use of Tiger Soft system (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of Thai labor law, compensation structures, and disciplinary process
• Prior experience in safety coordination or working closely with internal safety officers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
