**Import / Export Operation**
- Monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations and handling of international shipment

- Initiate and recommend for system & tool development or design work process for team to optimize output yet simple and enhance accuracy.
- Initiate any operation improvement to have cost savings, operation efficiency, Etc.
- Ensure all required reports and documentation are completed on a timely basis.

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 Years Experienced and educational background in Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering would be advantage.
- Strong Analytical and Numerical skills.
- Good Computer skills, especially on MS Excel, PowerPoint, PBI and other analytic tools.

**Supply Chain Coordinator**
+ Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and customers
+ Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory
+ Execute the SKU phase in/phase out plans collaboratively with customers/sales
+ Maintain and coordinates the relationship between Master Scheduler, Logistic Specialist and Demand Planner as well as ensuring integration with other Supply Chain Processes. DRP time periods are synchronized with Master Production Scheduling.
+ Reviews and acts upon plan exception messages from the daily re-planning of resources
