Major Responsibility:

1. Plan and follow up safety, health and environment plans (including risk and emergency response)
2. Collect, analyze data and statistics including safety, health and environment report to the manager
3. Observe the operation including subcontract and customer or the 3rd. party to comply with government regulation and law.
4. Investigate the cases of accident, injury, illness or annoyance caused by the workplace, then write a report on the case with solution, as well as prevention measures
5. Observe the legality, rules and regulations and standards of the safety, health and environment of the workplace.
6. Consult and advisor on safety and environment of the workplace
7. Plan and provide training to all employees including special courses such as firefighting, basic safety process in workplace and etc.
8. Ensure that all practices / activities in workplace are compliance with the legal, corporate or other requirements.
9. Take care safety documents on construction site / or submission documents that necessary at site base on company's
10. policies and government laws.
11. Other tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree of Occupational Health & Safety or bachelor's degree with Professional Safety Officer certificate (Qualified to be Professional Safety Officer in accordance with Safety law)
2. Have experience at 2-3 years of Professional Safety Officer in construction industrial.
3. Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 or Construction site, activities and compliance practices to the government regulation.
4. Good command in English and computer literacy
5. Able to work on-site construction for safety control works.
6. Positive thinking of service mind and teamwork.

• ตรวจวัด และประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน หรือดำเนินการร่วมกับบุคคล หรือหน่วยงานที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานเป็นผู้รับรอง หรือตรวจสอบเอกสารหลักฐาน รายงานในการตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานภายในสถานประกอบกิจการ

• เสนอแนะต่อนายจ้างเพื่อให้มีการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่เหมาะสมกับสถานประกอบกิจการ และพัฒนาให้มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง

• ตรวจสอบสาเหตุ และวิเคราะห์การประสบอันตราย การเจ็บป่วย หรือการเกิดเหตุเดือดร้อนรำคาญอันเนื่องจากการทำงาน และรายงานผล รวมทั้งเสนอแนะต่อนายจ้างเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดเหตุโดยไม่ชักช้า

• รวบรวมสถิติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดทำรายงาน และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการประสบอันตราย การเจ็บป่วย หรือการเกิดเหตุเดือดร้อนรำคาญอันเนื่องจากการทำงานของลูกจ้าง

• ปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอื่นตามที่นายจ้างมอบหมาย

ด้านการปฏิบัติ

1. ประเมินความเสี่ยงต่างๆ ในการทำงานให้มีความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด

2. จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย ให้กับบุคลากรประจำแผนก และบุคลากรภายในบริษัท

3. ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม ด้านความปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร ณ สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน และภายในบริษัท

4. จัดหาแนวทาง และอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ

5. ตรวจความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อนเริ่มงาน และพนักงานภายในบริษัท

6. ตรวจวัด และประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน เพื่อหามาตรการป้องกันกรณีสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานไม่เป็นไปตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด

7. จัดทำรายงาน จป.ว และส่งรายงานเอกสารราชการตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และรายงานการประชุม คปอ.

8. .จัดทำเอกสารบัญชีรายชื่อสารเคมีอันตรายและรายละเอียดข้อมูลความปลอดภัยของสารเคมีอันตราย แบบ สอ.1

9. อื่นๆ ตามที่บริษัทมอบหมาย

ด้านการสื่อสาร

1. เสนอแนวทางการทำงานเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยต่อผู้รับเหมา และพนักงานภายในบริษัท

2  แจ้งผู้รับเหมา หรือพนักงานหยุดการทำงาน กรณีผู้รับเหมาเพิกเฉยต่อข้อเสนอแนะด้านความปลอดภัย

1. รายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา เมื่อผู้รับเหมาหรือพนักงานไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย

2. แจ้งผู้บังคับบัญชาเมื่อพบเห็นสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่ปลอดภัย

3. เสนอแนะมาตรการ/โครงการด้านความปลอดภัยต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อแนะนำให้นายจ้างปฏิบัติตามกฏหมายด้านความปลอดภัย

4. อบรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับพนักงานใหม่

Job Description

-Lead Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs to meet legal, customer and company requirements. 

-Inform of any changes in related regulations and communicate such information to concerned persons. 

-Ensure training is provided to employees so that they can work safely and comply with the EHS requirements.

-Conduct Plant inspections, report any findings & make recommendations to management.  

-Lead risk assessments, and make recommendations to minimize the risk(s).

-Develop annual EHS plans and execute them accordingly. 

-Manage industrial waste and control waste vendors. 

-Ensure flammable and hazardous chemical & waste storages comply with Legal, IEAT regulations and other related requirements

-Control of security guard, access control, CCTV

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health &Safety
• At least 3 years experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety.
• Having experience to implement ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CTPAT will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills

About the Role:

• Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and quarterly departmental safety evaluations to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Lead safety training sessions, emergency drills, and incident investigations, providing recommendations for preventive actions.
• Prepare and submit six-monthly safety reports to authorities and maintain accurate documentation of inspections, incidents, and training.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including setting objectives, executing audit plans, and reporting results to regional and country leadership.
• Support ESG and ISO-related initiatives by integrating policies into operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and reporting progress.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Certified and Registered Safety Officer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory safety role, with strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written), with the ability to train and engage employees at all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Familiar with safety reporting tools, audit processes, and ESG/ISO frameworks.
