**POSITION SUMMARY**
Responsible for assessing the risk in hotel work environment to minimizing associates' illness and injury during work hour. Inspecting hazardous factor in the work environment, quality of equipment or facility that used by associates. Lead the organization toward a healthy and safe work environment by advising, monitoring, and reporting in the workplace, and engaging staff in programs that ensure safe practices in the workplace.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. **EHS Structure & Program Management**
Build action plans for the implementation of the organization's EHS & S programs and take a leadership role in execution in order to deliver the organization's EHS & S goals and strategy.
o Setting up strong Safety Frst culture.
o Establish and develop procedures and teams for driving EHS improvements and managing EHS programs.

o Maintein ISO14001 and TEOA Env.compliance tools.
