**As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll be part of our T&O Comercial team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:**

**Work closely with Global/Regional product team for new product development and marketing strategy**
**Work closely with sales & field demonstration teams to ensure conducting effective marketing activities, product demonstration, and training**
**Work closely with supply chain team on product demand forecast and inventory management**

The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. The Manager of eCommerce and Digital sits at the intersection between Marriott International's eCommerce, marketing, and global distribution strategies. This role helps a group of properties in a region (or cluster) effectively pull through the sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities that help drive awareness and profitability at the property level. This role will also manage overall activation of their property strategies in owned and third party electronic channels (Marriott.com, multi-lingual global sites, OTAs, meta search sites, search engines, and other eMarketing vehicles). This role will work on behalf of properties to increase revenue, grow market share and create a compelling experience that steers customers towards booking on our direct online channels. - Partners with cluster and area marketing teams to define and execute the hotel OTA merchandising plan(s)
- Identifies and executes hotel/cluster/area OTA marketing and merchandising tactics as needed (e.g. Agoda newsletter, Expedia TravelAds, etc.)
- May also co-manage soft-dollar marketing budget for domestic OTAs with the AP eDistribution Team
- Builds strong domestic relationships with the top 2-3 OTA partners
- Collaborates with hotel and regional Revenue Leaders to review hotel performance on eChannels
**Marketing and Communication Partnership**
- Assists in the development and execution of the cluster marketing plan (e.g. retargeting campaign, OTA marketing, etc.)

Job Summary
The Director Aftermarket & Digital Engagement will be responsible for the development and execution of overall business strategy and market development of all aftermarket services opportunities for all Copeland products, namely Compression, Electronics & Controls, etc. across Asia Pacific (APAC) and India, Middle/East Africa (IMEA).

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with regional VPs (from APAC & IMEA) and provide guidance and direction to aftermarket sales and services team across to deliver POR targets and pursue new business development goals.
- Manage price plans for aftermarket/lifecycle services products from new product release to legacy phase out.
- Provide guidance to Business Development manager Lifecycle Services and Regional Teams to develop product specifications through Voice of Customer (VOC) work and market requirements events.
- Collaborate with North America and Europe aftermarket peers to ensure leverage where possible, logical product strategy, and global customer strategy and pricing plans
- Develop and execute right strategy to promote customers adoption of Copeland digitally enabled tools/platforms, to advance their access of Copeland products & solutions to meet their needs in a quick and customer friendly manner.
- Expand sales channels of our products to current and new customers thru various online/technology driven channels, and increase the share of sales achievement thru online platform.
- Execute portfolio marketing programs to enhance productivity and output of Commercial team by leveraging technology platforms, timeliness and transparency of customer/sales data, and streamlined processes
Qualifications:
